All Things Hugelkultur

Saturday, January 11th 11 a.m. to Noon

Join Sarah Wagstaff from SUOT Farm for an engaging and hands-on workshop all about Hugelkultur, the sustainable gardening technique that uses mounds of decomposing wood and organic matter to create rich, fertile soil.

Growing Bonsai Workshop

Saturday, January 18th 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

In this beginner bonsai workshop, you'll learn the essential techniques for creating your first bonsai tree and container. Explore the basics of bonsai soils, discover popular bonsai styles, and master the art of wiring your tree.

Grow More Food Without Using More Space

Saturday, February 8th 2 p.m. - 4 p.m.

In this class, she will show you that you don’t need more space to grow more food - healthy soil and strategic planning are enough!  In this class, we will explore basic soil care routines, succession planning, and garden mapping. By the end of class, you will have created custom plans to implement in your own garden.
